Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the return process of the photos?

Clients can expect their first viewing of their images in their own private gallery no later than 3 weeks. Unless specified in contract or verbally communicated that the return could be extended.

How much time do I have to access my gallery once photoshoot is completed.

Private galleries will be accessible for 2 months after initial photoshoot. deadline reminders are sent to clients as removal date gets closer overtime. Once gallery is removed you will have to contact me to request photos again.

Do you refer locations to clients when booking photoshoots?
